Hunker Down aspires to offer high-quality bar food in a comfortable, casual setting and create a place you'll want to be a regular.
Chef Chris is taking years of working in fine dining and bringing that level of attention to the food on our menu. Our dishes are inspired by what we want to eat, flavors that we like and want to share with everyone as opposed to “making something for the gram.” So our menu changes frequently reflecting on what’s available in the season and sourcing quality local food.
We aim to be an extension of the creativity and quality of Hinterland Bar with our own spin on bar classics and familiar dishes.
The menu is designed to be on the “Fancier” side of bar food, but approachable, seasonal and most of all delicious. Come and settle in with us and enjoy our ever rotating menu.
